From 1972 through 1985, Bill Jepsen handled the injury litigation for the Stillwater firm of Hebert, Cass, Jepsen, and Doyscher. He then practiced with and was managing partner at the St. Paul personal injury firm of Karon, Jepsen, and Daly from 1985 to 1996. His next move saw him practice with the Minneapolis personal injury firm of Schwebel, Goetz, and Sieben from 1996 through 2012, which led him to establish his own personal injury firm in Minnesota that same year.

In addition to his legal practice, Bill Jepsen is deeply involved in both state and national bar associations. This includes acting as president of the Washington County Bar Association and chairman of the Ethics Committee for the 19th District Bar Association. He has also served on the board of governors for the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and as the Minnesota state delegate to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Bill served the Minnesota Supreme Court for 7 years as a member and chair of the Courts Board of Continuing Legal Education. Bill has served three terms on the Minnesota State Bar Associations Board of Governors. He has also served on the board of governors of of the Minneesota Justice Association and was elected as president of the Association. Bill has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates.  The Minnesota Justice Association has awarded Bill it’s Memeber of the Year Award, it’s Excellence Award and a Lifetime Acheivement Award.
