Education and Experience
William Jepsen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Nebraska in 1969. He went on to enroll at the University of Minnesota Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1972. He currently practices law in the state of Minnesota. He has been representing clients in this state for 45 years.
During his many decades of legal practice, William Jepsen has represented clients who have been injured in all types of scenarios, including car accidents, falls, medical malpractice and more.
Associations and Awards
During his career, William Jepsen has held the position of chair of the Board of Continuing Education for the state of Minnesota. He was also a member of the President’s Council of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and he served as a Minnesota State Delegate to the same organization. In addition, William Jepsen has served as President of the Washington County Bar Association, Chairman of the Ethics Committee for the 19th District Bar Association and a member of the Board of Directors of Washington County Legal Assistance, Inc.
William Jepsen has been honored with the AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which is a rating that is available only to those lawyers with exceptional ethical standards and legal ability. He was also named among the “Best Attorneys in Minnesota” by the American Research Corporation in 1994, 1997 and 1998, and he was included on the list of “Super Lawyers” published by the Minnesota Journal of Law & Politics in 1994, 1996 and 1998.
